About HUMANS

HUMANS is a wellness brand and platform operated by Richard Beauty Spain S.L. We sell a natural supplement and provide a brand experience that may include an AI-powered wellness questionnaire. The questionnaire and any outputs it generates are general, educational, and informational only.

Eligibility

HUMANS is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using HUMANS, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

AI Questionnaire and General Information

As part of the HUMANS experience, you may be invited to complete a questionnaire powered by automated systems and artificial intelligence. Please understand the following:

• Responses, summaries, profiles, scores, recommendations, and any other outputs are generated automatically by AI.
• They are provided for general, educational, and informational purposes only.
• They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical assessment, or professional healthcare services.
• They do not create a doctor-patient relationship or any healthcare professional-patient relationship.
• They must not be used to diagnose, prevent, treat, or manage any disease or health condition.
• You should consult your own doctor or qualified healthcare professional for any advice specific to your health, symptoms, medications, conditions, or suitability of any product.
• You should never delay or disregard professional medical care based on information from HUMANS.

HUMANS is not a medical provider and does not provide telemedicine, medical consultations, diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions.

Emergency Disclaimer

HUMANS is not an emergency service. If you experience a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency facility immediately. Do not rely on HUMANS in an emergency situation.

Products and Supplements

HUMANS markets wellness products and supplements. Please note:

• Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Results may vary between individuals.
• No information generated by the questionnaire guarantees any specific result.
• You should review product information and consult a healthcare professional if you have questions about suitability for you.

Your Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• your full name;
• your email;
• your phone number;
• your shipping address; and
• any relevant information you voluntarily submit.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect your order, delivery, and the outputs of the questionnaire.

Orders

We review every order and reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when necessary, including:

• product availability issues;
• address errors or undeliverable addresses;
• suspected or actual fraud; and
• orders that are otherwise not viable.

We may contact you to confirm or correct order details. If we cancel an order that has been charged, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by external payment providers. HUMANS does not intentionally store full card numbers or CVC codes. You may experience payment failures due to reasons outside our control, including:

• declines by your card issuer;
• authentication failures;
• expired cards; and
• insufficient funds.

Subscriptions

Where you purchase a subscription, the following applies:

• you authorize recurring billing for the subscription until it is cancelled;
• you may cancel future renewations at any time through your account or by contacting support; and
• renewals already processed are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information or delivery refusal.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available at the refund policy page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy on refund matters, the Refund Policy prevails.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, brand assets, texts, designs, and other intellectual property made available through HUMANS are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUMANS and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of HUMANS or reliance on any information generated by the questionnaire. This limitation does not exclude or limit any liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence where mandatory consumer protections apply, and otherwise by Spanish law. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version date indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of HUMANS after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
