Important Distinction

The collection of health-related information does not mean that HUMANS is providing medical care, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not create a healthcare professional-patient relationship. Any outputs generated from your responses are general and informational only.

Categories of Health Data We May Collect

Depending on what you choose to share, this may include:

• questionnaire responses;
• wellness goals;
• symptoms voluntarily reported;
• medications voluntarily reported;
• conditions voluntarily reported;
• lifestyle information;
• height and weight;

We do not share your health questionnaire responses with doctors, pharmacies, laboratories, or medical groups as part of the current HUMANS model.

Advertising

HUMANS does not intentionally disclose the contents of confidential health questionnaire responses to advertising platforms for the purpose of targeting advertisements. We do not send health or medical responses as parameters to advertising platforms. This commitment must remain consistent with our current technical configuration.

Sale of Health Data

HUMANS does not sell Consumer Health Data for monetary consideration. For broader legal definitions of "sale" that may apply in some jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate lawful conditions where required.

Consent

Where the law requires it, we obtain appropriate consent for the collection, use, or sharing of health-related information.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect health-related information, consistent with the nature of the data and applicable legal requirements.

Data Breaches

In the event of a personal data breach affecting health-related information, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.
